Design and creation of a zone within the Onyx website showcasing the services that they offer in the field of IT disaster recovery.
Designed specifically to offer affordable and flexible workplace recovery solutions to companies of all sizes, OnyxRecover has revolutionised the way business continuity is offered. With a unique suite of products and over 100 sites based throughout the UK Onyx appointed Komodo to produce an interactive solution promoting these services to prospective clients.
The solution that Komodo delivered features a tool that allows users to easily estimate the impact that events such as fire, flooding or theft could have on their business via a money loss calculator. After entering basic criteria such as revenue, staff and hypothetical downtime the tool quickly calculates the potential cost of a disastrous episode to a business.
Users can locate their closest OnyxRecover site by simply entering their postcode into the ‘Recovery Locations Search’ tool which then provides a list, in order of proximity, of the closest to them.
Also integrated into the site is a ‘Find Me the Right Package’ tool that is designed to help businesses identify the right OnyxRecover product to suit their specific needs and route the user directly to the relevant information. The site also facilitates online purchasing of these packages via online an ordering system, further streamlining the route to sale process.
The OnyxRecover zone works within the main corporate Onyx site and has been designed to make the user journey simple and straightforward from assessing the individual need through to identifying the right package based on the need through to online ordering.
