The brief
Formed in 2001 by Chris Taylor, Superkrush Films has produced over 100 high quality film productions ranging from TV commercials to music videos to feature films.
Appointed to redesign the Superkrush brand and website, Komodo asked Managing Director Chris Taylor what he wanted the new Superkrush brand to say. He replied “It needs to stand on a box” meaning that Superkrush have reached a point where their extensive portfolio of work speaks for itself and he wanted a strong, simple brand identity for his company that would project this.
The design solution that Komodo have delivered is bold, simple and confident reflecting perfectly the ‘standing on a box’ sentiment.
To support and underpin the brand Komodo designed an online space to showcase their portfolio of film and commercial work – again, the rationale behind the design was to simply push the work to the front and let it speak for itself within an intuitive and engaging user interface.
