The brief
Komodo have consulted on the Embark project for One NorthEast from the outset.
Conducting research, developing a brand strategy and designing and building an online space that provides visitors of any age access to support and information from the wide range of agencies supporting enterprise development in the UK.
Embark is designed around channels based on age and if you are aged 4 or over then there is something there for you, whether you are thinking about starting your own business or simply looking at ways of developing your skills to be more effective in the classroom or workplace embark can signpost you to the most appropriate support agency.
The site features a full content management system allowing the Embark team to quickly and easily update information on the site as well an extranet that allows partner organisations to exchange ideas and resources.
This coupled with simple, clear signposting to key content zones with powerful search features for the user along with a full content management system making daily updating of the website a breeze for the One Life Live team makes for a winning solution.
